Painful Chewing Muscles

Painful chewing muscles can be both inconvenient and painful.

The condition is commonly caused by undue stress being placed on the chewing muscles. This may be the result of a sudden change in eating habits or teeth grinding.

In some cases, painful chewing muscles are the result of an infection around a 3rd molar.
